"I had a very disappointing experience with Jacque Price as my insurance agent. After being involved in an accident where I was not at fault, I called her office for guidance only to find out my policy had been non-renewed over a week earlier without any phone call, email, or warning. What’s worse is that I had spoken with her shortly before my policy ended, and she never mentioned the non-renewal at all.

I also feel like I was poorly advised regarding claims that were supposedly “not a big deal” and later ended up affecting my insurability. An insurance agent should properly guide and inform their clients, especially when coverage is at risk. Instead, I was left completely blindsided."
